Fang Wen Quan

Biography

Mr. Fang Wen Quan is an Executive Chairman of the Board, Managing Director of Tianda Pharmaceuticals Limited. He is no longer a Managing Director of the Company with effect from August 3, 2015. He was appointed as an executive Director in 2003. He is the Chairman, Managing Director, the Chairman of the nomination committee and a member of the remuneration committee of the Company, and a Director of the Group’s certain subsidiaries and South Hong Investment Limited. Mr. Fang is the founder and Chairman of Tianda Group and Tianda Institute. He studied International Relations in the University of Sydney and Tsinghua University. He has served as council member of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs, academic advisor to the Institute of International Studies at Tsinghua University in Beijing, council member of Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Senior Honorary Chairman of the Australian Council of Chinese Organizations and Honorary Chairman of the Australian Council for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China.
