Nóra Szilágyi

Biography

Nóra Szilágyi is a manager in Global Healthcare DT Intercompany. And she received my Bachelor degree in the United States in the major of International Business. After finishing my studies at the States I moved back to Hungary to start my Master studies at Corvinus University of Budapest. My major was International Economy and I graudated in 2012. After graduation I started working at Diageo PLC as a Credit Controller. My major tasks were credit control and debt management activities for GB. Cash allocation and reconciliation and the daily management of trade debts and cash collections. After spending one and half year in that role I got promoted as Senior Credit Control lead. I managed the Diageo GB trade debtor balance of ca £160m. I coordinated the work of 5 people and to senior stakeholder management I provided regular updates such as finance director. I managed the customer agenda with 15 sales managers/ directors. I took part in managing the induction of newcomers for the whole department (ca. 100 people). After spending 4 years at a multinational environment I decided to try something new and look for more opportunities to get experience in other industries such as market research. I now work as a Key Account Manager at Bare International and I look forward to the upcoming challenges.
