Biography
Kálmán was born on August 13, 1936 in Budapest, Hungary and done his Doctor of Philosophy in Microbiology at Academy of Sciences, in Budapest, 1975. He went to Researcher Hungarian Meat Research Institute, Budapest during 1959-1969, he is senior researcher, 1969-1978 and department head during 1978-1985.
