Biography
Richard was appointed to the Operations Council in September 2015. He was originally Executive Vice President for Consumer Testing Services, and continues to hold the position since the business line was reorganised into Consumer and Retail in January 2016. Richard is also leading E-commerce, a group-wide initiative launched in 2016. Before this appointment, Richard had been the Managing Director of SGS China since 2010. Richard joined SGS in China in 1990. With over 25 years at SGS, he has held a series of leadership positions in China, including Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Director of Consumer Testing Services, Executive Director and eventually the Managing Director.
