Biography
She has built and managed Senior Executives relationships both locally and internationally. Her long lasting and consistently successful track record on senior assignments has built a solid and wide cross-sector network. With a Degree in Political Sciences, Imma began her career in executive search in early 1992, when she first launced the Financial Services Practice. Imma focuses on a broad range of leadership roles within Marketing, Compliance, and Legal and Corporate Finance. She is tasked with both the development of new clients and the care of key existing relationships. She is involved in the full lifecycle of projects, working with customers from project origination through completion and subsquent in-housing.
