Biography

 My 34 years carrier began, after an University degree in Mathematics at Padova University and an MBA at the Fondazione CUOA, with nearly 8 years in Henkel Cosmetic Italy in Marketing, from Assistant Brand Manager to Marketing Manager Personal Care, followed by more than 4 years in Europ Assistance Italy from Marketing Director to Sales&Marketing Director, 10 years in Novartis Consumer Health OTC Italy where I developed my carrier from Marketing Director to General Manager, and finally the last 3 years in Zambon SpA as World Wide General Manager Pharma Business and Managing Director Zambon Italy. From January 2009 to February 2011 I was Indipendent Management Senior Consultant of Corporate and Business Strategy; among my clients: Accenture, Zambon and other pharmaceutical/biotech and cosmetic italian and international companies, Advertising Agencies and Communication Strategy companies. In 2011 I lead as CEO the two offices in Rome and Milan of Euro RSCG Life global advertising network, part of the Havas group and specialized in the healthcare and well being markets. In October 2011 I joined Allianz Global Assistance, company of Allianz Group, as CEO Italy. I am CEO and General Manager of the company which has more then 700 employees.

 Specialisations: Specific know how about FMCG, Insurances/Services/ Assistance and the pharmaceutical/well-being market, in particular the OTC/Non Drug and the Primary Care/Mature markets, in Italy, Europe and some of the emerging countries.
