I was born in Vico Equense and always knew my destiny would lead me to a life in the kitchen.
Research Interest
Among my first memories was waking up to the wonderful smells coming from the pasta sauce my grandmother had been preparing lovingly, for hours, to delight my whole family at Sunday lunch.
