Biography
Mr. Mendoza currently serves on the Audit Committee. He is a senior managing director of an independent global investment banking firm, Atlas Advisors LLC. Previously, Mendoza was Partner of Deming Mendoza & Co., LLC, a corporate finance advisory firm and was the Chairman of Trinsum Group, an international strategic and financial advisory firm. Trinsum Group was formed as a result of a merger between Marakon Associates and Integrated Finance Limited, a financial advisory company which Mr. Mendoza co-founded and of which he previously served as Chairman of the Board and Managing Director. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director of Goldman Sachs and spent over 30 years at J.P. Morgan & Co., where he became Director and Vice Chairman of the Board. Mr. Mendoza also serves on the board of Western Union, Inc., as well as being a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He previously served as a director of PartnerRe Limited. He holds a BA from Yale and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
