Dr. Oscar Ghizzoni

Biography

Graduated in Chemistry, Officer on leave of the Scientific Departments of the Carabinieri (RIS) of Rome and Parma. He has developed specific skills in the areas of toxicology, explosives and flammables, ballistics, dactyloscopy and graphic investigations.  He is a consultant at the Court of Como and Northern Italy, Law Offices and Investigative Agencies for the skills of graphic counterfeiting, toxicology, merchandise, dactyloscopy, ballistics, explosives and flammables.  He collaborates at the CEDAM Biocontrol Laboratory in Bollate (MI) and at the Valduce Hospital in Como, for the analysis of drugs in different biological matrices. He works as a Partisan Technical Consultant in the Sports Anti-Doping field, with experiences gained in national and international laboratories such as LCH in Paris, HFL Sport Sciences in London, UNIRE LAB in Milan, CONI Lab in Rome and Racing Laboratory in Hong Kong. He collaborated with Dr. Franchini Mario (Chemical Toxicologist) member of the Council of the Department of Anti-Drug Policies for the determination of new drugs on the illegal market, for the purpose of inclusion in the relevant tables of law (L.49 / 2006); He works as a consultant for public and private bodies in the field of environmental toxicology and related issues, external collaborator of the Scientific Technical Committee of the Criminal Chamber of Monza, is registered in the Professional Order of Chemists of Lombardy, number 3200.
