P. Fundarò

Biography

Paolo Fundarò has been Genextra's Chief Financial Officer and General Manager since its inception, in 2004. He is also Chief Executive Officer of three of the four companies that Genextra controls. Before joining Genextra, Paolo was Director of Finance and Strategic Planning for the FASTWEB Group, from 2000 to 2004, where he was responsible also for the initial phases of the its international development. Previously, he acquired a great level of corporate finance experience working for investment banks such as Salomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup) and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (now Credit Suisse First Boston). Olivetti's take-over bid for Telecom Italia and e.Biscom's (now Fastweb) IPO in 2000, are among the major operations Paolo participated to. Paolo Fundarò has Degree in Business Management from University "L.Bocconi" of Milan.
