Biography
Degree in Civil Engineering, specialization in Hydraulics, University of Rome, 1980 Fabio has over 30 years of professional experience at the international level. He has worked on a variety of operations in civil engineering and hydraulics, including water supply and sewage systems, irrigation and drainage systems, in urban and rural settings. He has spent a substantial part of his career abroad, mainly in Africa and the Far East. He has considerable knowledge of the entire project cycle, from feasibility studies to construction site management. He has been a partner at HYDEA since 2006 where he oversees the hydraulic engineering and infrastructure projects in developing countries.
