Biography
Environmental Engineer, graduates with a thesis on incentives to energy efficiency through charging. For about 10 years he has collaborated with eERG - Energy Efficiency Research Group for Energy Politecnico of Milan. He co-ordinated several campaigns of electrical consumption measures and dealt with legislative and regulatory mechanisms to remove barriers to efficiency. Since 2006, he has been a researcher of Environmental Technical Physics (Ing-Ind / 11) at the Department of theoretical and applied sciences at the University of Insubria. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of AIAT - Association of Engineers for the Environment and Territory and the Master of the RIDEF Master Course . He was chairman of the corridor, a multidisciplinary laboratory of exchanges with the Balkans and the Mediterranean. It is among the founding members of ours is the Renewable, Sustainable, Ethical and Retenergie Electric Cooperative Supplier of Electric Power Producers and Energy Users from Renewable Sources . With Fabio Monforti published Solar Civilization , Altroconomia 2016.
