Biography
Paolo G. Casali, MD, medical oncologist, is Head of the Adult Mesenchymal Tumour Medical Oncology Unit at Istituto Nazionale Tumori, Milan, Italy, where he also serves as Secretary of the Ethics Committee. He is a member of the Executive Board of ESMO (European Society for Medical Oncology), as Chair of the Public Policy Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors of ECCO (European Cancer Organization).
Research Interest
His clinical and research activities focus on sarcomas, mainly adult soft tissue sarcomas and gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST).
