Biography
Born on January 12, 1954, he graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Milan in 1981 and in 1986 specialized in Public Health Hygiene and Preventive Medicine at the same university. In 2002, he acquired the Management Training Certificate at the School of Health Management (IReF) and subsequently re-qualified the training in 2010 at the School of Management at the Bocconi University of Milan. From 1999 to 2010 he was Medical Director of Presidium, first at the Merate Hospital of the Hospitality Company of Lecco and subsequently (from 2008 to 2010) at the Policlinico San Matteo of Pavia IRCCS.
Research Interest
Research interest in several fields of oncological pathology in collaboration with other Clinical and Experimental Departments of the Foundation as well as with national and international institutions, is at university level and constitutes a of the training venues of the School of Specialization of Pathology of the University of Milan.
