Biography
Dr. Anthony Martin has nearly 30 years of international experience managing life science, bio-pharmaceutical, medical diagnostic and medical device businesses, serving in both executive and non-executive roles. In 2003, Dr. Martin founded Anthony Martin Advisory, a company that specialises in providing strategic guidance and directorship roles, specifically in the areas of audit, remuneration, appointments, governance, company growth and capital markets. Keen interest in the study, treatment and prevention of life-threatening infections such as asthma and inflammatory diseases and those caused by bacterial and viral pathogens. Dr. Martin holds a Ph.D. in Immunology and a first class honours degree in Applied Chemistry from the Universities of Manchester and Huddersfield, UK. He is an Alumni of the London Business School, Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and a Member of the Institute of Directors. In 2016, he founded and is both the Chairman and a trustee of The Martin Reach, which is a UK charitable incorporated organisation that focusses on education in poor countries.
