 Strategic and tactical management of the Trauma Product Portfolio through the product life cycle - Drive the Trauma Product Portfolio to ensure the company has the best opportunity to become a market leader - Driving a solution set across development teams (mainly R&D and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product positioning and promotion, ensuring that products are aligned to the company global strategy and goals  - Developing and implementing company-wide (Italy, US and Subsidiaries worldwide) launch plans, working with all departments to complete and execute - Drive and support training and education events focused on internal colleagues, HCPs and distributors globally
