Biography
She conducts research in the context of architectural restoration with reference to issues about Renaissance revival and vernacular architecture, the construction characteristics in historical construction and recovery of minor historical centers. In particular, the regionalist architecture research is aimed at studying the building experience, both Italian and foreign, between the second half of the nineteenth century and the first half of the twentieth century (basic construction, rural architecture, social housing, neighborhood extension). This studies activity has the goal of identifying actions to protect and enhance the historic and artistic heritage in its different cultural and social identities.
