Biography
Since beginning her practice in 2001, Marta has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for, and provided advice to, major research organisations, universities and multinational companies as well as Italian and foreign medium-sized companies. Activity Italian and European patents in the field of mechanics, chemistry, medical appliances and biomechanics. Memberships Member of the Ordine dei Consulenti in Proprietà Industriale (Italian Industrial Property Consultants Institute), Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office. Qualifications Italian and European Patent Attorney, Italian and European Trademark Attorney, Community Design Attorney. Education Five-year degree in Chemistry, University of Padua. Master’s Diploma in intellectual property organized by IP Centre of Verona. Diploma in Patent Litigation in Europe, Centre d’Études Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle, University of Strasbourg.
