Research Interest
Optimization of organic molecules that act as dual inhibitors of ADAM10 / TACE as new drugs capable of blocking "ALCAM Shedding" in order to inhibit the motility and invasiveness of epithelial ovarian cancer cells. - Development of organic and peptide-mimetic molecules as BAX activators, and identification of MDM-2 and -4 inhibitors, in order to induce apoptosis in chemio-resistant tumors.
