Biography
Born in Cagliari on December 18, 1957, he succeeds in classical maturity at the S.G. Calasanzio Institute of Scolopi di Sanluri in 1976 with 60/60; host of Augustinianum College (see publications in various ) during the studies at the Catholic University of Milan, on November 7, 1980 he graduated in law with 110/110, discussing the thesis in criminal law with prof. Federico Stella; in 1985 at the same University, he received with praise the diploma of perfecting in Forensic Application, discussing the thesis in criminal law with prof. Mario Romano. In 1981 he obtained a study grant from the Toniolo Institute of Superior Studies in Milan and in 1983 a German DAAD scholarship. Practitioner at the law firm in Milan, prof. Federico Stella, passes the State Attorney's Attorney's Attorney's Attorney (now Attorney-in-Law) in 1982; is registered in the Cagliari lawyer's list and exercises the forensic profession; since 1997 he has been authorized to practice the forensic profession in front of senior magistrates. In 1993 he became a researcher and in 2000 he was a professor; since 2002 is a professor of first class (ordinary) at the University of Cagliari. It teaches Criminal Law General Part and Special Part. He is a member of the Commission for Bar Examination in 2000 at the Cagliari Court of Appeal and in 2001 the Examination Committee for Judicial Review Examinations at the Ministry of Justice (Rome). In 2010 she chairs the benchmarking committee for comparative assessment for a job as a researcher at Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Cagliari. In 2013 she chairs the Judicial Committee of the PhD School of Law Research - Unique Address - Criminal Area (cycles XXIII.XXIV.XXV) at the University of Padua; and is a member of the competition committee for admission to the XXIX cycle of the Doctoral Program in Legal Sciences at the University of Cagliari. In 2014 he is a member of the benchmarking committee for a comparative assessment for a postgraduate position in criminal law at the European University of Rome; and is a member of the competition committee for admission to the XXX cycle of the PhD program in Legal Sciences at the University of Cagliari. In 2015 she chairs the board of judges for the final exam of the School of Doctorate in Law and Economics of Production Systems - Legal Address (XXVII cycle) at the University of Sassari; and for the final exam of the School of PhD in Law at the University of Padua. Also in 2015 is a member of the Commission for National Scientific Enforcement in the Competition 12 / G1 - Criminal Law; and is a member of the Commission for Comparative Evaluation for a Permanent Researcher of Criminal Law at the University of Padua. In 2016 he is a member of the Comparative Evaluation Commission for the Call for a First Class Professor in the 12 / G1 Competition Law - Criminal Law at the University of Padua. Since 2003 it isReferee of the Ministry publishes education, university and scientific research. Engaged for over three decades in an intense and continuous research, he is the author of many publications and has organized and hired the scientific direction of important international conferences. He founded and is co-director of the short treaty pen right wings, Wolters Kluwer Cedam. He is a member of the International Scientific Committee of the European Legal Studies , G. Giappichelli Editore.
