Research Interest
The kinetic and molecular properties of enzymatic proteins (extraction, purification, gene sequence and amino acid, substrates and reaction mechanism, inhibitors and inhibition mechanism). - Research on bioactive substances in plant extracts and study of the inhibitory activity of natural and synthesis compounds against different target enzymes involved in different pathologies.
