Biography
Alessandra Albanese is Associate Professor of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Florence. He teaches both administrative law at the Faculty of Education Sciences of the same University. He was a CNR fellow at the Max-Planck Institut für öffentliches Recht und Völkerrecht in Heidelberg in 1982-83; he obtained his PhD in Public Law in 1987, with a thesis on " Public employment and special subordination in the German doctrine on horseback between the eighteenth and twentieth centuries"His research activity focused on the use of public administrations, which he also devoted comparative studies, public administration, the principle of subsidiarity, social services, the judicial administration, the non-profit sector .
