Biography

He was born in Florence on February 23, 1950.In 1973, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Florence, he graduated in Constitutional Law with the highest marks and praise. In 1983 he received the title of associate professor confirmed in the scientific-disciplinary field N09X ("Public Law Institutions").  In 2002 he earned the title of a professor in the scientific-disciplinary field IUS09, and, following the subsequent passing of the relevant confirmation, in 2005 earned the title of ordinary professor in the same field. She is currently in full-time at the Department of Legal Sciences at the University of Florence.   Teaching activity He began his   didactic activity at the Public Law Institute of the Faculty of Jurisprudence in Florence, benefiting from a ministerial check on scientific and didactic education during the period 11.03.1975-13.03.1977. In the years aa.aa. 1977/1978 and 1978/1979, as a professor in charge, he taught "Banking Law and Stock Exchange" at the Faculty of Political Science   in Catania.  At the same Faculty of Political Science, from aa. from 1978 to 1978 until 23.02.1983, he also taught "Public Law of the Economy": first, from 1978 to 1979 until 23.021983, as a professor in charge, and then from 24.02.1983 up to da. 1985/1986, in the role of Associate Professor Confirmed. Subsequently, always in the role of associate professor, from a. 1986/1987 until 1993/1994, he taught "Public Law of the Economy" at the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Bologna.  In the aa.aa. From 1986/97 to 1990/91, he was also entrusted with the position of "Public Law of the Economy" at the School of Specialization in Administrative Law and Administration Science of the University of Bologna. From 1994 to 1995 until 2001/2002, as Associate Professor, he taught "Institutions of Public Law" at the Faculty of Political Science "Cesare Alfieri" of the University of Florence.  At the same Faculty, he also taught the same teaching as an extraordinary professor from the AI. 2002/2003 to 2004/2005 and as an ordinary professor from the 2005-2006 academic year to the present one, in which the teaching is taught within the three-year degree course in Political Science.
