Biography
Graduated in Law in 1973. Assistant in charge, assignor, CNR fellow and confirmed researcher is a full-time associate professor since 2005 for the IUS / 11 disciplinary group. On the 2012 competition, he earned his degree as an ordinary professor. He holds the Ecclesiastical Law Course at the School of Specialization in Legal Professionals organized by the Department of Legal Sciences and by 2017 the Law and Religion course within the Law School of Security Sciences at the School of Marescialli in Florence. He collaborated with the CNR Database of the Legal Documentation Institute. He participated in the MIUR 2003 co-funded national research project titled "
Research Interest
His scientific interests concern the general problems of the relationship between the state and religious phenomena, the realization of the principle of secularism and the role of confessions in the process of democratic development.
