Biography
Roberto Corradini is Associate Professor since 2000 at the University of Parma, where he teaches the courses of Organic Chemistry and Bioorganic and Peptide Chemistry for the Biotechnology Degree,Bioorganic Chemistry fot the Molecular Biology Course and Organic Chemistry for the Mechanical Engineering degree.
Research Interest
1)Chemo- and enantioselective chromatography and fluorescent sensors based on cyclodextrins. 2) Synthesis and structural properties of modified and chiral peptide nucleic acids (PNA). 3) Use PNAs new antisense and anti-gene drugs for gene reculation. 4) Development of ultrasensitive and ultraselective methods for DNA analysis in biomedical and food diagnosis.
