Biography
Elena Dreassi was born in Rapolano Terme (SI), Italy, on August 19, 1963. She obtained a degree with laude in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies at the University of Siena in November 1988 and she got the qualification for the profession of pharmacist. She obtained a degree in Pharmacy in December 1992. In 1996 she obtained her PhD in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Siena. Actually she is research assistant in Food Chemistry. Dr. Elena Dreassi scientific activity has been mainly focused to analytical control in medicinal chemistry topics and the detection of biological active compounds and metabolites in biological fluids and food. She is the author of 60 papers and more than 50 proceedings at congresses.
