Biography
In 1997, she received degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies at University of Siena, Italy. She dis PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2001. She started her carrier as lecturer in University of Siena in 2002.
Research Interest
Her main research themes are relative to the chemical and biological investigation of synthesized organic molecules as potential antitumor agents, and molecules for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders, neuropsychiatric disorders, viral (HIV/HCV, tuberculosis) and parasite infections (malaria).
