Research Interest
Overall research and teaching interests follow three lines: 1) the critical-literary one with a linguistic-cultural, stylistic and narrative approach that characterizes the beginning of academic education and the first phase of university work, with particular focus on the 18th and 19th centuries and authors such as Addison, Swift, Beckford, Brontës, Dickens, George Eliot and George Meredith; 2) the glottodidactic one, following the teaching experience in the school, the commitment to teacher training (SSIS-Lazio), the work done at the Language Center at the Tuscia University and the participation in national CLIL and LLP- Grundtvig and Erasmus Plus (KA2); 3) Theoretical and practical translytology, with particular attention to the historical-linguistic and pragmatic issues of paratroome and multimodal genres such as the theater.
