Biography
Fabio Mencarelli is a Professor in Department of Biological Agro-Food and Forestry Systems (DIBAF) of the University of Tuscia (Viterbo). He is author of more than 150 scientific articles on national and international journals, editor of Sweet, Reinforced and Fortified Wine, Wiley Publ.Owning two patents in the wine sector, one national and one international.Associate Editor for Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture.
Research Interest
Research on the conditioning of grapes for wine production by studying technologies, biochemistry and microbiological and pathological aspects related to the grapes grapes.
