Biography
Dr. Pheaktra has been with AHC since the very beginning: he trained as a doctor at AHC in 1999, and has been with us ever since. In 2002, Dr. Pheaktra was named Director of Emergency and Intensive Care Unit before being promoted to Chief of Medicine just two years later. In 2011 he was named Deputy Director from which he was promoted to Acting Medical Executive Director in early 2015.
