Biography
MISHIMA is working in Chiba University from 1997. His current majors are environmental education, relation between people and plants, education and spread of environment-related field, and so on. The classes which he takes charge of are Introduction to Environmental Education (undergraduate), People-Plant Relationships (muster course, collaboration with other faculty), Advanced People-Plant Relationships (doctor course, collaboration with other faculty), and so on. MISHIMA is a member of The Japanese Society of Environmental Education, Japanese Institute of Landscape Architecture (JILA), Japanese Agricultural Education Society, Japanese Society of People-Plant Relationships, The Japanese Society of Environmental Sociology, and so on. In JILA, He involved in the establishment and the management of the system of continuing professional development (CPD) for Landscape Architect and the engineer related Landscape Architecture.
