Biography
EXPERIENCE: Ms. Hadas Padan, Vice President Head of Business Units, joined Lumenis in December 2013. Before joining Lumenis, Hadas served as Director of Product Management and Strategic Development at the Healthcare Information Solutions division of Carestream – a ~$200m business unit within the $2.3b privately-held company in the field of medical imaging systems and IT solutions. In that role Hadas managed an international group and held direct responsibility over product and business management, medical advisory board & KOL relationships, global product positioning, go-to-market strategy, oversaw R&D plans, and more. Prior to Carestream, Hadas served as Director of Product Management at Kodak health's Imaging Divisio UNIVERSITY: Hadas holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Industrial Engineering (magna cum laude) from the Tel Aviv University.
