Biography
Our mission is to develop novel technologies with a wide range of applications in nanoscience and nanotechnology. We support the users in nanometer-scale fabrication and the characterization of specimens. We are also responsible for the operation of the facilities including the clean room and for the education of the users. We are collaborating with researchers for investigation of fundamental nanometer-scale phenomena which requires ultralow temperatures and high magnetic fields.
