Dr. Masafumi Goto, is a Professor of Advanced Surgical Science and Technology, at Tohoku University School of medicine. He is M.D. and Ph.D. His research themes are Revelation of the information processing mechanisms in the neuronal circuit of cortico-basal ganglia loop, Development of highly intelligent medical instruments, Improvement of X-ray CT image quality.
