Biography
Hiromichi Yumoto has done his PhD from Tokushima University in 1996. Currently he is working as Professor in Faculty of Dentistry at Tokushima University. His research interests are Conservative Dentistry, Study on adherence of oral bacteria, Study on interaction between periodontopathogenic bacteria and epithelial cells, Study on the ability of biofilm formation of period to pathogenic bacteria, Role of periodontal disease for cardiovascular disease, Study on pathogenesis of dental pulpitis, Application of electro-magnetic wave treatment to refractory periapical periodontitis. Several Papers of his work were published in reputed international journals. He is also the member of The Japanese Society of Periodontology, The Japanese Society of Conservative Dentistry, International Association for Dental Research, Japanese Society for Bacteriology, Shikoku Society of Dental Research, American Association of Endodontists.
