Biography
Takeshi Nikawa has done his PhD in Health Sciences from Tokushima University in 1991. Currently he is working as Professor in Faculty of Medicine at Tokushima University. His research interests are Health Studies. Several papers of his work were pubished in reputed international journals. He is also the member of The Japanese Society of Food & Nutrition, Japan Society of Cosmology, Japan Aerospace Medicine Association, Japan Society of Molecular Biology, Japan Amateurinic acid society, Japan Biochemical Society, International Proteolysis Society, Europe Muscle Conference.
