Biography
Kamaruddin Bin Osman is our Independent Non-Executive Director and was appointed to the Board on 28th May 2014. He has more than 40 years of experience in corporate management and operations in both the private and public sectors, of which 20 years were in the palm oil industry. He previously held directorships at two palm oil related companies and was a committee member of the Palm Oil Millers Association of Malaysia.
