  Date Appointed to the Board : 2nd January 2017                 Qualifications             Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Texas Agricultural and Mechanical International University (formerly known as Laredo State University)   Bachelor of Science, Finance and Business Economics and Bachelor of Economics from Southern Illinois University                 Occupation and Working Experience             Datuk Jamaludin served as the Head and Assistant General Manager, Corporate and Capital Markets of Kwong Yik Bank, presently known as RHB Bank for eleven years   From February 1997 to June 2005, Datuk Jamaludin held the position of the General Manager of Dresdner Bank AG   From June 1999 to June 2005, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Director (Global Business Services) of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein   Joined Maybank in the year 2005 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer   From July 2006 till June 2010 appointed as the Senior Vice President and Group Chief Credit Officer   From July 2010 to May 2012 served Asian Finance Bank as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer                 Membership of Associations and Academies             In 2013 - Finance Accreditation Agency Technical Committee Member   In 2014 - Rating Committee member of Malaysian Rating Corporation Bhd (MARC)
