His professional journey has been from a Technical Specialist to Head of Technical Services in a world leading b-2-b company. On-the-ground international experience from expatriations in emerging markets (APAC). Currently part of the Senior Leadership in a world leading Biotech company. Extensive international experience within industrial biotechnology in Food & Beverages, Baking, Starch, Fuel Ethanol, Oils & Fats and Biomass Industries in the APAC Region ( South East and South Asia, Australia, Japan/Korea) with forte in Enzymes and Specialty ingredients. Core competences: - Building value propositions for b-2-b customers across segments and cultures - Driving people performance within Application R&D and Technical Services. - Optimising Techno-Commercial processes and interfaces - Driving "Innovation Days" and "Roadshows" for Strategic Customers. Being an Australian national, He lived and worked in 4 countries, covering 3 continents. He work, think and act global.
