Biography
Dr. Seal is able to use a range of approaches and interventions that have been proven effective in improving psychological well-being. Once he has gained an understanding of your particular problem he will be able to recommend the best approach for you. He commonly uses interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Systemic (Family) Therapy, Mindfulness and Compassionate Mind. He is also an experienced practitioner in neuropsychological assessment methods (for identifying learning difficulties, brain damage or specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia).
