Thomas J. Smith Jr. is a member of The Medical City’s Board of Directors. He is also President and Managing Director of Lombard, an investment management firm based in San Francisco and Bangkok.
Research Interest
He led the formation of the Thailand Equity Fund and serves on Lombard portfolio company boards in Vietnam, Hong Kong and China.
