Biography
Norhaizan Mohs. Esa has completed PhD for the university of surrey, UK. Praeasently serving as Head of the department Nutrition and Dietetics, She published more thann 40 Scientific papers-journal/proceedings/abstracts and also books.
Research Interest
Her research involves the study of bioactive compounds extracted from herbs/plants/rice by-product (Rice Bran, Rice Husk) as nutraceutical product on the proliferation of colon cancer and Effect of different fats/lipid on the risk of obesity and non-communicable disease (diabetes, CVD).
