Biography
As Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Nathan LaComb is responsible for leading Welch Allyn’s legal function in the provision of legal services across the company and serving as the primary liaison to the broader Hill-Rom legal department. LaComb joined Welch Allyn in 2009 as a corporate attorney, transactions and compliance as has held roles as associate general counsel, transactions and compliance and vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant corporate secretary. Prior to joining Welch Allyn, he was in private practice at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, a large Delaware corporate law firm, concentrating in mergers and acquisitions and commercial law in service to the firm’s largest clients. Active in the local community, LaComb is a former board member and coaching coordinator of the Skaneateles Youth Hockey Association and a former board member of the Greater Baldwinsville Ambulance Corps. LaComb earned his bachelor of arts in economics, summa cum laude, from St. Lawrence University and received his juris doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
