Biography

Mr. Tomás Milmo Santos serves as the President of Axtel S. A. B. De CV (Alternate name, Axtel SA De CV). Mr. Milmo Santos served as the Chief Executive Officer of Axtel S. A. B. De CV (Alternate name, Axtel SA De CV) from 1994 to February 15, 2016. Mr. Milmo Santos worked at Carbonifera de San Patricio S.A. de C.V., in Mexico. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Carbonifera, from 1988 to 1990. He founded Milmar, S.A. de C.V. and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1990 to 1993. He has been Co-Chairman of Axtel S. A. B. De CV. He served as the Chairman of Axtel S. A. B. De CV since October 2003 and has been its Director since October 1997. He has been a Non-Independent Director of CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. since 2006. He serves as a Director of Telinor Telefonia S. de R.L. de C.V., Promotora Ambiental SAB de CV and Universidad de Monterrey. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of HSBC Mexico SA, ITESM (Tec de Monterrey). He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Coparmex and Cemex México, S.A. De C.V, a subsidiary of CEMEX S.A.B. de C.V. Mr. Milmo holds a degree in Business Economics from Stanford University
