Biography
Theodoor Rutgers holds a Bachelor in Human Movement Sciences from the State University of Groningen (RUG) and successfully completed the Master program in Management and Entrepreneurship in the Health and Life Sciences. Theodoor is specialized in business development and financing/funding of innovative R&D companies. In 2003, Theodoor co-founded Solidbasics International BV, a privately owned company offering (corporate) relocation service. In 2007, he co-founded DDF services, now known as Catalyze. Theodoor raised >100 million Euro in subsidies and grant for different types of organizations, and has been involved in the start-up of several early stage (life science) companies.
