Biography
 Mr. Robert Pieterse, Rob, served as Chairman of Executive Board at Wolters Kluwer N.V since 2000 and Member of Executive Board since 1987. Mr. Pieterse was responsible for Legal, Tax & Business Asia Pacific, Strategy, Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Corporate Governance and Secretariat Executive Board. He retired from Wolters Kluwer N.V. on September 1, 2003. He served as Chief Executive of international multimedia company Wolters Kluwer .
