Biography
Ms. Dicciani is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Honeywell Specialty Materials LLC. Ms. Dicciani serves on the board of directors for Halliburton Company, Praxair, Inc. and AgroFresh Solutions, Inc. She also serves on the board of trustees of Villanova University.
