  Dr. Judith A. Hemberger, also known as Judy, Ph.D., is a Venture Partner of Phase4 Partners Limited. Dr. Hemberger serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Pharmacy. She also serves as the Director, Member of Audit Committee and Member of Compensation Committee of Evotec (US), Inc. She served as the Chief Operating Officer of Zosano Pharma, Inc. She served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of Zosano Pharma from July 20, 2006 to August 2007. She co-founded Pharmion LLC and served as its Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President from August 1999 to April 1, 2006. She served as a Consultant of NeXstar Pharmaceuticals Inc., since 1997. She served as a Senior Vice President of Global Drug Regulatory Affairs of Marion Laboratories. From 1979 to 1997, she served at Hoechst Marion Roussel, Inc. including as Senior Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs from 1995 to 1997. She served as Vice President of Global Medical Affairs and Commercial Development at Hoechst Marion Roussel Inc. from 1994 to 1995 and as its Advisory Director from 1994 to 1995.
