Biography
Dr. Adolor is currently an Assistant Professor at the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health where she teaches Medical (Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Physiology), Management (Management Dynamics, Strategic Management), and Leadership subjects. She is also a consultant in Internal Medicine and the Research Chairman of the Department of Internal Medicine at Quezon City General Hospital. She holds clinical practice at Lung Center of the Philippines as an Internist and Diabetes Specialist (Diabetology). She graduated from the University of the Philippines with a BS degree in Pharmacy. She finished her Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERM). She trained in Internal Medicine at Quezon City General Hospital and is now currently a Fellow of the Philippine College of Physicians. She earned her Master of Science Major in Diabetology degree at the UERM Institute for Studies on Diabetes, and her Master in Business Administration Major in Health degree at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. She is currently taking up her PhD in Psychology at the Ateneo De Manila University. Her research interests include intergroup leadership, health economics, and counterproductive behavior among middle managers. She is focused on social entrepreneurship as she enables her moderately to severely ill patients to become productive in their current state to bring them out of their financial troubles.
