Manolo Aquino

Biography

Manolo is a successful entrepreneur with business interests that span marketing & rewards, business process outsourcing, credit profiling and mobile technology. His keen eye to see the opportunities ahead, his ability to bring together the right team and his focus in pursuing these to their rightful conclusion has made him successful in the businesses he has chosen to be in. Manolo is also a seasoned business executive with over 30 years experience in general management and finance primarily in the transport and energy industries. He spent 15 years at Shell Philippines where he was promoted to General Manager for Treasury. He was also Executive Vice President for Administration at Philippine Airlines, where he initiated reforms to ensure transparency and accountability at the country’s flag carrier.

Manolo received an MBA from the University of the Philippines Diliman and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Accounting from the De La Salle University.
